Ana M. Mencini (Mendez) is the daughter of an immigrant who came to the United States and overcame many of the same challenges that our clients face today. We understand that legal services can be expensive. We are able to assist clients who are eligible under the federal poverty level guidelines by charging for services on a sliding scale. In addition, our office continues to accept community pro bono immigration cases from accredited organizations, as well as immigration referral cases from other attorneys. Whenever feasible, we chare clients on a flat fee basis with convenient monthly payment plans available. Our office accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
